使用 DUSTLIGHT（以下稱「本服務」）即表示你同意以下條款。
服務內容
本服務分析你提供或授權的 CS2 比賽資料，產生統計、影片、圖像與分享頁面。本服務目前為搶先體驗版本，功能可能變更或中斷。
你的資料與分享內容
你上傳的比賽統計屬於你。為了產生與顯示分析結果，你授權我們在提供本服務所需的範圍內處理這些資料。你建立的分享頁面，在你撤銷之前，持有連結的人都可以看到。
使用規範
- 不得以自動化方式大量抓取本服務的內容或 API。
- 不得上傳你無權使用的資料，或試圖存取其他使用者的私人資料。
- 不得干擾或攻擊本服務的系統。
與遊戲的關係
DUSTLIGHT 桌面程式只讀取 demo 檔，不會讀取或修改 CS2 的遊戲程序與記憶體。本服務與 Valve Corporation、FACEIT、ESL 沒有任何隸屬或合作關係，相關商標屬於各自的所有人。
免責聲明
本服務依現況提供。統計結果僅供參考，我們不保證其完全正確，也不保證服務不中斷。在法律允許的範圍內，我們對因使用本服務而產生的間接損失不負責任。
終止
你可以隨時停止使用並要求刪除帳號。若使用者違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止其使用。
準據法
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。

Terms of Service
By using DUSTLIGHT ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service analyses Counter-Strike 2 match data you provide or authorise and produces statistics, films, images and share pages. It is in early access; features may change or be interrupted.
Your data
Match statistics you upload remain yours. You grant us the permission needed to process them in order to provide the Service. Share pages you create are visible to anyone with the link until you revoke it.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the Service or its API at scale, upload data you have no right to use, attempt to access other users' private data, or interfere with our systems.
Relationship to the game
The DUSTLIGHT desktop app only reads demo files and never reads or modifies the CS2 game process or its memory. DUSTLIGHT is not affiliated with Valve Corporation, FACEIT or ESL; all trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is. Statistics are for reference only and we do not guarantee their accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend users who breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
